The signing ceremonies took place on October 9, 2023, in Antipolo City, and on October 13, 2023, in Tacloban City, respectively.

The signing ceremonies were graced by the presence of Mr. Anshum Sinha, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Country Manager of Shearwater Health.

In Antipolo City, the Shearwater Health team received a warm welcome from ASHMC Chairman of the Board, Dr. Alexander Vincent Basilio, President Dr. Evelyn Trazo, and Medical Director Dr. Rufino Chan. Addressing the audience in Antipolo City, Mr. Sinha emphasized Shearwater Health's mission, stating, "Back in 2019 when we started on this path, we realized that we were the employer of nurses in the Philippines and the employer of Filipino Nurses in the U.S. It was important for us to do something which can make it a sustainable balance and not just one-sided in terms of utilizing talent.

In Tacloban City, the agreement was signed in the presence of Medical Director Dr. Wilfredo Liao and Atty. Cheryl L. Chu, CPA, MMBM, JD. This partnership symbolizes Shearwater Health's dedication to supporting the nursing community in Tacloban City.
