Announcing Shearwater CPO

Rebranding from Shearwater Tribe to Shearwater CPO®

We are excited to share important news about our branding in the Philippines. In the last few years, we’ve been known as the “Shearwater Tribe.”

We are delighted to announce that starting February 2021, we are going to brand our community as “Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians.”

This name reflects our core as a company and as a community at large – Clinicians. Nurses, physical therapists, medical coders, and allied healthcare graduates are Clinicians.

Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians tells the world that we are a company that celebrates Clinicians and prioritizes their skills in services for our clients. It’s how we fulfill our mission to improve healthcare outcomes globally. At Shearwater CPO®, Clinicians find meaningful career opportunities that utilize their healthcare skills.

We want to be clear about who we are to our employees, to prospective employees both in the industry and coming up in schools, and even to our customers. This update to our brand will help the clinicians who work for us, as well as the ones we seek to attract, that by joining the Shearwater CPO® community, they are in the place where they belong.
